Experience At-Home Beauty Services Like Never Before With Yes Madam
The fear of covid is still wandering over our heads. But stopping the whole world and sitting at home is also not an option, and as it is very famously said “the show must go on”, it’s time to move ahead, keeping in mind all covid related safety norms.
And to make sure of that, we here at Yes Madam have implemented a 13 steps safety policy to be followed by all our beauticians and therapists for the welfare of our customers.
Yes Madam‘s 13 Safety Measures policy to be followed-
1. Daily Temperature Record:
Taking even the slightest chance is not an option now. Thus, our team has made it mandatory for every beautician to update their temperature on Yes Madam’s app on a daily basis. Any lapse in that and they will not be getting any further bookings till they monitor their temperature for the next few days.
2. Training About Covid-19
All our beauticians are given thorough knowledge about the WHO guidelines of COVID-19, like symptoms, how to safeguard, to wear a mask at all times, sanitize and wash hands as much as possible.
3. Training For Safe Threading Practice
We have provided training to all our beauticians about safe threading practices wherein they have been trained to use a handkerchief/scarf instead of a mouth to hold the thread. Safe distance during services results in a low risk of spreading or getting the COVID 19 virus.
4. Download of Aarogya Setu App:
We have made it mandatory for all our beauticians to download the Aarogya Setu app and conduct a self-test on the app. They will be allowed to work only if the result is shown as “you are safe” on the app.
5. Sanitized Kits & Tools
All our beauticians have been informed to properly sanitize their kits and their equipment used during services. Post assessment of kits they will be allowed to work. They have also been informed to sanitize and clean all their tools and equipment post every use.
6. PPE Safety Kit For Experts:
For the safety of customers and service partners. All our service partners have been provided with their own PPE kit consisting of a Face Mask, Disposable Gloves, Sanitizer, Shoe cover, and disinfectant to clean the activity area. It’s mandatory for them to wear a mask all the time and sanitize their hands regularly while on service.
7. Safety Kit For Customers:
The customer will be provided with a disposable mask and a pair of gloves by the beautician for a safe service.
8. No service in Containment Zone:
For safety purposes and also as per the directive of MHA we will not be providing services in containment zones.
9. Disposable Kits & One-Time Usable Products:
For hygiene purposes, all our experts will be using one-time usable products(Monodoses) and a separate disposable kit for every customer.
10. Online Payments:
Till the time things get back to normal, we will only be accepting payments through the online mode. You can make payments using Paytm, Google pay, Phone pay, etc.
11. Use Of Own Conveyance:
The beauticians have been asked to use their own conveyance or arrange to pick up and drop by one of their family members.
12. Other Safety Measures:
Not to touch anything in the public area, They have been advised to avoid using fingers while operating lifts or hands for opening doors and instead use their back to open doors and elbows for operating lifts.
Also read about how the demand for at-home services, is rising rapidly.
13. No Touch Greeting:
The way of greeting each other has evolved from bro’s fists to handshakes, to hugs, to now a simple Namaste that too from a good distance. Covid has completely changed our way of living and greeting and thus our beauticians follow the same as well. They avoid handshakes and greet the customers with a Hello or a Namaste.
So quit the overthinking, we assure you it’s completely safe and hygienic. And book your favorite salon services now with Yes Madam and enjoy all the relaxation in the comfort of your home with your loved ones.
