Refund and Cancellation Policy

We like to help our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy


  • 1. You must notify the Yes Madam Customer Care People immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If the Yes Madam Team accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If we refuses cancellation, e.g. because Beautician has left office to reach at customer location , it may not be cancelled. We will not be able to refund any order, after reaching of Beautician at customer location.
  • 2. We may cancel a contract if we can not provide any service for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made;
  • 3. If the cancellation was made in time and once the Yes Madam Team has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days, which includes Service Charge and Product charge or other charges.
  • 4. In the unlikely event that the Participating Beautician provide a wrong service, you have the right to reject the service of the wrong service and you shall be fully refunded for the missing service . If the Participating Beautician can only do a partial service (a few service might be not available), Team should inform you or propose a provide for missing service. You have the right to refuse a partial Service before delivery and get a refund.
